Possibly the most unhygienic salon I've ever stepped into. Other than the floor, chairs, etc. being dirty (hairs everywhere) I felt the quality of products being used here is extremely low. Cheap products, cheap results, you still pay top dollar for mediocre service. I don't know why Sonal colored my hairs red when I clearly told her I want a darker color. To "fix" it, I had to visit the dirty salon multiple times. The keratin was shaky at best, to begin with, and didn't last for a month. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money, energy, time
I have been to this place for various services a few times and I totally recommend it. The staff is friendly. The place is hygienic .. Dronali is very thorough with waxing and gets the job done timely. I have had haircuts and hair highlights work done by Justin.. He understands what the customer is looking for and does a good job. I do advice to make a prior appointment before visiting because its a busy place you will have a better experience with pre booked appointment..
Got my gel nail extensions done by Paula and they were so pretty. First time ever getting my nails done and visiting this salon. Was a late minute thing and got accommodated very quickly despite having no booking, the staff were very nice and Paula had really good suggestions! Would definitely recommend and would visit again! Thank you so much!
You’d be very wrong to assume that because this hair salon is not in central London charging crazy prices your hair won’t look good! Wrong!!!! Paula has got incredible skills in always finding the perfect hair color for my roots. It is ALWAYS what I ask for. So happy that she now works Mondays as this is the one day I can visit the salon. Highly recommended!
