went there for a morning coffee on Saturday. few tables outside the shop to enjoy the sunlight. you can also sit inside but the space is quite small. ordered one americano which was good, and also they let you choose the illustration on your takeaway cup (thought it was cute) would love to try some pastry next time!
Intermission is our go to coffee place in West Hampstead, right next to the stations. Why? Simply because they take great care at making coffee and other drinks, clean interiors, and have that passion you are looking for in a small business. You will see a queue going out the door most mornings, but they are reasonably fast at getting to your order. The only problem I felt is that their staff does not believe in smiling or niceties. Sometimes, they are too busy to recognize or have a chat with a frequent customer. Their oat milk ☕ cappuccinos and lattes are our favorite and also their fresh ???? orange juice.
One of the best coffees in West Hampstead and Hampstead area, and we’ve tried them all! Whenever we are in West Hampstead, we always travel to get a coffee from Intermission. Great flat white (regular or decaf)-right temperature, amazing foam, great beans with no bitterness. Right on par with Ozone, Kaffine, Monicle, Monmouth, Prufrock, Roslyn Coffee, JavaJava, Alex Coffee, the attendant, and Taylor Street Baristas. Right near West Hampstead Tube and Overground. You won’t be disappointed!
One of the best coffee I have had in London. A bag of beans I got was £15. Very expensive but well sometimes you need to spoil yourself ????
My search for the best coffee in London is over. As someone who moved here from Melbourne, it’s fair to say I know my coffee. I started to give up until I tried here. Friendly staff & fabulous coffee - lucky me as it’s local. Also the cup design is excellent and enviro friendly as it’s compostable & biodegradable.
