I went to a restaurant where another diner accidentally spilled hot candle wax on my down puffer jacket (photographed). I was worried as even after removing the dry wax myself, I was left with a horrible oily residue. Baker Street Dry Cleaners were able to pick-up and drop off my jacket from my house (with incredibly friendly staff) and have managed to remove all of the waxy oil stains perfectly (picture attached). They have saved my favourite coat and I couldn't recommend this business more! Thank you!
Very reliable and honest service. I had to get my suit dry cleaned same day and they were able to accommodate my request on a tight schedule and also found some valuables I had forgotten in the suit and were honest enough to keep in an envelope for me. I would highly recommend - professional and honest service.
I had a number of storm system jackets for dry cleaning and they came back looking almost new. I was very happy with the result. Reasonable prices (given the location) and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.
Excellent service — I was on a long trip and stopped in London with a lot of laundry and dry cleaning. Didn’t want to use my hotel and I found these guys on Google. I was short on time so they offered me same day service. They charged me 200 pounds for 14 pieces of dry cleaning and a big bag of laundry for a 6 hour turn around time, which I thought was reasonable given it’s west London and I had a lot of stuff to clean. They did a great job with my clothes and had it done on time. It’s run by a family and they were short staffed that day. They said they were going to stay there until midnight to get the job done for their customers. I respect their hard work and deep commitment to their customers, which is a rarity around the world now. People like this family are the back bone of countries like the US and UK and without them we would fall apart. I’ll definitely use them the next time I’m in London with garments to clean!
