I had a formal dress altered and am extremely happy with the quality and seemless results! the staff were very kind and helpful and offered professional advice on how to get the best fit. Will go back for anymore tailoring needs.

Mr Reynolds and the team at Dry Villager are fantastic. Extremely friendly, very accommodating and highly professional. We have used them for many years and never had any issues. Highly recommended

This is my favourite laundrette in Willesden Green! The machines are clean and affordable and the staff are sooooo friendly! I've moved from the area but still make the half hour trip here to have my laundry done as I know it's safe in their hands!

The most brilliant, kind, and special business in the Wilesden Green area! I’ve been using this dry cleaners and alteration service for many years and would highly recommend their services. They really take care of your clothes, and such pride in their work. Excellent management, and communication with customers. It’s a really special place in our community.

I wish I never trusted them with my wedding dress. It has come back ripped, still has stains, and they have made holes in the waistband by using a safety pin to attach it to a coat hanger instead of using the hanger loops! I can't believe they took such little care with something they knew was so precious. When I initially dropped it off, the man was very nice and explained that some stains might not fully come out in which case they would dry clean it again free of charge - I agreed to this. When I went back to collect it, a different man was there. Some stains were still visible, but nobody had called me about this and the dry clean had not been redone - so I asked for it to be dry cleaned again, as had been agreed. A few days later I got a very confusing phonecall saying that they needed my permission to reclean it, as it was such delicate material and there were risks involved. This was strange as I had already agreed twice for them to reclean it! This made me worried so I said no if it's risky, then do not reclean it - I just wish this had been explained in the first place, then I would have collected my dress already instead of making an additional wasted journey. So I went back a third time to collect my dress, and ended up having the same conversation yet again (asking if I wanted it dry cleaned again, which they could have just done already but didn't!) By this point I had lost faith and did not want to keep making wasted journeys to have the same conversation again without getting my dress back, so I told the guy I would collect my dress - and straight away noticed there was a rip in the outer layer of tulle. The kind of obvious rip that would have been noticed before - it definitely happened there. I could see that no care had been taken, as my dress was now flung loose in a laundry basket with other items, and was no longer kept in it's protective plastic bag - so a zip, button or hook from another item would have easily caused this damage. I now wonder if that strange phonecall asking for my permission to reclean it, was actually made after they had damaged it and were trying to make me accept the blame. I got only half my money back, so have essentially paid them £12.50 to damage my wedding dress without even getting it properly clean. I am really upset and wish I never trusted them in the first place.
