Worse branch I ever visited and I love H.Samuel. Been standing and waiting to be served while the manager/team leader was having a chit chat with her sales associate who became so rude and spoke to me and my daughter like we were nothing and then have the audacity to say “do you still want me to order it for you?” And “who is it for?” Why do you even care who it is for and do you really think I’ll order something from you after you disrespected my 30+ year old self in front of my young child. No thanks I’ll take my money where it is appreciated and respected as a paying customer. Disgusting behaviour. I wanted to curse so much but had compose myself. Come on the blond lady do better in your branch.
Got our engagement rings cleaned, polished and re-dipped here. The staff were very helpful with answering my questions via email, sending me regular updates and pushing for a speedier service. Thank you.
Went to buy a watch and I was looked after well. Left with a new watch. Though found no manual in my watch box. Strange for.a new watch. Made me think they just picked the first box they found in the back. Now can't fully undetected my watch.
Wanted to change my engagement ring as it was too small and the lady was so sharp and rude, not helping, not offering another options, not communicating at all. The worst customer service I ever experienced. Decided to get the money back as she was so unhelpful and she was simply like: ok, thats it. I was even disgusted to ask for more help finding another ring. Definetly will go to another shop with a better customer service! This was awful. The girl had an east european accent just for your reference.
I went into this place to check out their diamond selection and enquired about some of their rings only to be told that some diamonds are not certified. When i told the rep that the diamonds that are not certified may be lab diamonds she didnt like it and proceeded to walk off on me. At the end i just said goodbye to the other reps that were busy only to never ever return to a store that sells fake diamonds at real diamond rates. They are clueless about diamonds and thier cut grading. Poorly. Some reps need more training to become jewelers rather than retail staff.....
